What are the delivery times?

  • Delivery within the Republic of Ireland typically takes 3–5 working days, to the UK typically takes 4–7 working days.

What are the operational hours for the Online Shop?

  • Our Online Shop operates between 10am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, and 12:30pm to 7pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The shop is closed on Christmas Day.

Can I include a gift message in my order?

  • Absolutely! Just include your message in the “Customer Notes” section at checkout. If you forgot, email us and we’ll add it manually to your order.

My order is a gift – can I remove prices from my receipt?

  • All of our orders include a packing slip that automatically excludes prices. It will show the billing and shipping addresses, items ordered, and any customer notes.

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I fix it?

  • Please send us the full correct address, including postcode, as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before the parcel is dispatched. Please note: The Shed Distillery is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, and additional fees may apply.

Is there free shipping?

  • Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €150.

Can I ship outside of Ireland/UK?

  • Our website can only ship alcohol within the Republic of Ireland and the UK. Non-alcoholic items (e.g. apparel) can be shipped internationally. For specific queries please contact our team shop@thesheddistillery.com

I am based in the USA, can I order online?

  • Yes! Simply visit our USA-specific website HERE to place your order.

Who is responsible for customs fees?

  • The customer is liable for any customs, taxes, or duties applicable upon delivery.

I just placed my order—how do I track it?

  • Simply visit UPS.com and enter your tracking number (which you received in your order confirmation email) for the most up to date information.

My order arrived and there is an issue—what should I do?

  • We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us (shop@thesheddistillery.com) your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement for you right away.

UPS says they haven’t received my parcel yet—what does this mean?

  • Your order is currently in the queue to be packaged and processed by our team. Please allow 3–5 working days for delivery within the Republic of Ireland once your order has been placed.

It’s been over 7 days and my order hasn’t arrived.

  • Please contact us shop@thesheddistillery.com and will we launch an investigation into your order
