• 45 ml/1.5 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin
• 120 ml/4 oz Tonic Water
• Fresh red grapefruit wedge
• Ice cubes

 

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Pour the gin over the ice.
Top up with tonic water.
Stir gently.
Garnish with red grapefruit wedge.

• 20ml/0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
• 20ml/0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Method:

Fill a highball glass with ice.
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, vermouth, and
raspberry syrup.
Shake well and strain into the glass over the ice.
Top with soda water and gently stir.
Garnish with red grapefruit and mint.

Method:

Method:

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Method:

In a shaker, combine gin, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup.

Shake well and strain into the glass over the ice.

Top with soda water and gently stir.

• 30ml/1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

• 5 – 6 Raspberries
• Fresh raspberries and mint for garnish

 

Method:

Muddle raspberries in a rocks glass.

Fill rocks glass with crushed ice.

In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake well and strain into the glass over the crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

• 30ml/1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Californian Orange Citrus
• 20ml/0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 30ml/1 oz Orange Juice
• 20ml/0.75 oz Pasion Fruit Syrup/Puree
• 60ml/2 oz Sparkling Wine
• 60ml/ 2 oz Soda Water
• Orange wheel for garnish

 

Method:

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour all the ingredients over the ice.

Stir gently.

Garnish with orange wheels.

• 45ml/1.5 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Californian Orange Citrus
• 20ml/0.75 oz Reposado Tequila
• 20ml/0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 15ml/0.5 oz simple syrup
• Salt for rimming (optional)
• Orange wedge for garnish
• Ice cubes

 

Method:

If desired, rim a rock glass with salt.

Fill the glass with ice cubes.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.

Shake well.

Strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with an orange wedge.

California Negroni

California Negroni


• 30ml/1 oz Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with Californian Orange Citrus
• 30ml/1 oz Campari
• 30ml/1 oz sweet vermouth
• Orange slice or twist for garnish
• Ice cubes

 

Method:

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Pour in the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Stir well to chill and dilute.

Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with an orange slice or twist.

• 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 20ml/0.75 oz Egg whites/Foamer

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.
Double strain into a rocks glass with ice.
Pineapple leaf and Nutmeg for garnish

• 30ml/1 oz Coconut water
• 25ml/0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 15ml/0.5 oz Limoncello
• 15ml/0.5 oz Sugar syrup

 

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Add ice and shake until chilled
Strain into a Collins/Tiki glass filled with crushed
ice
Garnish with Pineapple Leaf, Mint
& Edible Flower

Method:
